VTI uses an MRP system for:
- Part Number Control (Active / Inactive with originating data sheet attached)
- Inventory Control (Locations, Date Code)
- Lot Control (Product and Part)
- Purchasing Control (Supplier/Vendor Rating/Approval)
- Change Control using an ECR, ECN, ECO system.
VTI also uses an internal intranet system for, but not limited to:
- Control of project specific documents and information
- Protected in a project designated space
- Only project assigned personnel can login to assigned project
area(s)
- Controlled Quality, Customer, Industry and Regulatory specifications to
insure compliance to latest revision is used.
- Controlled HR Related Forms / Policies and Quality System Documents.
